More About Me
Roxanne Miner, an experienced real estate professional, is grateful for the opportunity to help buyers and sellers meet their goals. She helps her clients stake claims in San Francisco and around the Bay Area to everything from jewel-box condos to single-family gems to distressed diamonds in the rough, assisting owner-occupiers and investors alike. Her work ethic is founded on the belief that every transaction must be all about you, the client. That's why Roxanne is truly your real estate "miner". Deeply empathetic and intuitive, Roxanne understands that any decision tied to real estate is a major one and that many are tied to life scenarios that provoke great emotion: expanding families, new jobs, changing relationships, and more. She is proud her clients choose her to advise and guide them at these momentous times in their lives, and prides herself on helping them tackle the process in a streamlined way, always keeping their best interests at heart. Roxanne's successes in real estate started in 2005. As a Title & Escrow Account Field Manager, she became known as a business marketing warrior, exceeding her first annual sales quota within 7 months. She next ventured into mortgage banking, specializing in new condo development financing for 7 years, and was considered the go-to queen for credit repair. Changes in the volatile market led Roxanne to see new opportunities in real estate management. Seeking to expand her partnerships in the community, she also earned a California Insurance License qualified in Property & Casualty as well as Life/Health/Disability. Having gained experience at so many different steps in the process, Roxanne finally established herself as a full-time real estate agent, delighted to partner with her clients and the many experienced industry professionals with whom she has kept in touch. Roxanne's personal life is equally rooted in a love for the people and places of San Francisco. She is proud to support local charities including the SF AIDS & Breast Cancer Emergency Funds, Glide, St Vincent de Paul Society, City Team Ministries, Project Open Hand, the SF-Marin Food Bank, and the SPCA. Equally, at home in trendy new spots and long-beloved dives, Roxanne is a cocktail connoisseur and foodie and also enjoys exploring fashion. She is a fourth-generation Glen Park resident.
